No previous freediving experience required. If you can swim, you are welcome.
You will be training in groups of max 6 people. This ensures maximum commitment to each participant.
Training sessions are adjusted to your fitness and previous knowledge to help you reach your goals in a safe manner.
Training sessions include free diving the buoy, free diving in the shallow water, wet and dry statics training, and stretching.
